Contemporary Dance is a fluid, strong and versatile form of dance. It incorporates many different styles and dance forms. Through the technique, you will be introduced to key dance concepts, including placement and body awareness. You will learn to fall, rebound and suspend your movement! As well as developing a strong and healthy body, you will also develop overall flexibility, co-ordination, balance, precision as well as confidence, performance style, spatial awareness and musicality.
