About us

Below is the list of participants in the main hall throughout the evening. All teaching classes will be held in the three smaller rooms unless stated "main stage" where participants are encouraged to join in by the dance and fitness instructors. Most demonstrations range from 3 minutes to 10 minutes and shows from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and interactive from 5 -30 minutes.
